Fulham defender John Pantsil's own goal gave Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish his second successive victory to lift the Reds up to seventh in the table.
The right-back sliced the ball into his own net in a goalmouth melee after Fernando Torres' shot had rebounded back off a post.
