Deadline day deals

All the major deadline day deals from around the Barclays Premier League clubs.

The first deal of the day saw Sunderland sell defender Paulo da Silva to Spansih side Real Zaragozafor an undisclosed fee.
It was a slow start to the final day of the transfer window - but with plenty of deals in the pipeline, the excitement was mounting.
Next to go was Liverpool defender Paul Konchesky who joined Nottingham Forest on loan for the rest of the season.

Major Deals
Wolves then signed former Bristol City goalkeeper Adriano Basso on a short-term contract until the end of the season.
Sunderland winger Andy Reid moved to Blackpool for an undisclosed fee and Birmingham City brought in former Newcastle United striker Obafemi Martins on loan from Rubin Kazan until the end of the season.
Stoke City allowed striker Tuncay Sanli to move to German club Wolfsburg on a three-and-a-half-year contract.
Hull City completed the permanent signing of Manchester United midfielder Cameron Stewart who has been on loan since November.
Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Andy Keogh went to Bristol City on loan and Coventry City teenager Conor Thomas completed a surprise loan switch to Liverpool until the end of the season, with a view to a permanent move.

On Loan
As the evening began to hot up, Blackburn Rovers signed 19-year-old striker Ruben Rochina from Barcelona.
Rovers then signed Argentinian midfielder Mauro Formica on a three-and-a-half-year deal. The highly-rated 22-year-old arrived from Newell's Old Boys for an undisclosed fee
Midfielder Michael Bradley joined Aston Villa on loan from Borussia Monchengladbach to the end of the season. In turn, Villa lent Stephen Ireland to Newcastle.
Blackpool brought in former Southampton and Stoke City striker James Beattie on loan from Glasgow Rangers and then added midfielder Jason Puncheon on loan from Southampton following his livewire display for the Saints against the Seasiders in the FA Cup.
Blackpool then signed Sergei Kornilenko on loan from Zenit St Petersburg.
Liverpool completed the deal for Ajax striker Luis Suarez who signed a five-and-a-half-year contract at Anfield.

British Record
Bolton Wanderers confirmed the signing of Daniel Sturridge on a loan deal from Chelsea until the end of the season.
Fulham snapped up Stoke City striker Eidur Gudjohnsen on loan. Blackburn Rovers striker El Hadji Diouf moved to Rangers on loan.
Wigan Athletic just beat the deadline to sign striker Conor Sammon on a three-and-a-half-year deal from Kilmarnock.
Liverpool broke the British transfer record by signing Andy Carroll from Newcastle United for a reported £35m.
Right on the transfer deadline, Chelsea completed a double swoop. They brought in Benfica defender David Luiz for a reported £21m plus Nemanja Matic and then smashed the newly-set British transfer record by completing their move for Liverpool striker Fernando Torres for around £50m.
