La Liga strugglers Malaga have agreed to loan Portugal international Edinho to Maritimo for the rest of the season.
The 28-year-old forward has spent the last three years playing for Malaga in Spain and AEK Athens in Greece having previously represented various clubs in the Portuguese league.
This season, Edinho has played nine games for Malaga, who are currently bottom of the standings with just 17 points from 21 games.
Maritimo, who are 11th in the Portuguese top flight, do not have an option to buy Edinho at the end of his loan deal, Malaga announced.
