Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto'o has praised the straight-talking approach of his former San Siro coach Jose Mourinho, who is now at Real Madrid.
Mourinho was at the Inter helm when Cameroon striker Eto'o arrived in Italy in a part-exchange deal with Barcelona for Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The African felt the Portuguese's approach matches his own and told Spanish sports daily Marca: "Mourinho always tells the truth and says what he believes is right, but it bothers and hurts many people.

Samuel Eto'o on Jose Mourinho
"I do not stay quiet when it is necessary to move forward and I'm proud of the way I am, I've always been looking out for the good of group.
"I'd rather have a sincere guy who does not speak behind your back. Jose never hides from those conversations, he is quite mature."
Eto'o insists he remains on good terms with Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola, who allowed him to leave the Camp Nou in the Ibrahimovic deal.
"Pep is human like me," Eto'o added. "He made a decision for the good of Barça. I did not agree with it, but that's life. Today we still talk, it is all left behind us."
