VB coach Can Vanli explained that he was quoted wrongly in maldivesoccer.com after their victory over New Radiant. Vanli said he wasn’t referring to the performance of the team when he used the word s***.“I will never say such a word against my team performance. I was referring to a specific player’s attitude” Vanli said last night.
“I said that player’s attitude is so bad and it’s like s***. He didn’t sleep at the night and I was very disappointed with him. But I am not referring that to the whole team and their performance”
“I am very good in German, but not very good in English. So I still need time to learn English to communicate better”
The error occurred when Vanli used the s-word in between his comments on the player’s attitude and team performance.
