Chelsea ready to meet Pereira's £25m release clause as Juventus move for Alex

Chelsea are ready to offer £15.7million plus an unnamed player for Porto wing back Alvaro Pereira. 

The 25-year-old Uruguayan has a £25m release clause.

Juventus, meanwhile, are to make a fresh bid for Chelsea defender Alex, 29. Juve would prefer a loan but Chelsea want £10m for the Brazilian.
