With reports that several players could be on the way out of Arsenal this summer, bookmakers make Gael Clichy favourite to be the first Gunner to leave the club
Full-back Clichy and midfielder Samir Nasri are both being linked with moves away from the Emirates this summer, with both of the France internationals having just twelve months left on their existing contracts.
Manager Arsene Wenger has warned that neither player will be allowed to leave the club on a free transfer as Liverpool reportedly prepare to make a bid for Clichy, and Premier League champions Manchester United show interest in Nasri.
Captain Cesc Fabregas also continues to be linked with a move away from the club, with Barcelona set to make a fresh bid for the Spain international in the near future.
Bookmakers William Hill have opened a book on which Arsenal player will be the first to leave the club this summer and make Clichy their favourite ahead of Fabregas and Nasri.
Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe told Crunchsports.com: "All of a sudden a mass departure from Arsenal appears to be on the cards and everyone is wondering which of them will be the first to start the exodus."
