Warnock wants home start

Manager Neil Warnock wants Queens Park Rangers to kick off their campaign with a home match.

The fixtures for the 2011/12 Barclays Premier League season are released on Friday morning and while Warnock is excited by the prospect of trips to face the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal, he would prefer to kick off at home.
Warnock told the club's official website: "I'd probably quite like a home fixture but wherever we are and whoever we play, it's sure to be an exciting prospect.
"I'm really looking forward to Friday to learn who we'll come up against on the opening day and when we'll be visiting the likes of Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, The Emirates and all the other great stadiums."

Meanwhile, Sulley Muntari has opened the door for a move to the club.
The Inter Milan midfielder was on loan at Sunderland last season but the Black Cats have decided against making the move permanent.
And with Muntari struggling to break into Inter's first-team squad, a switch to London could prove tempting for the former Portsmouth man.
Muntari said: "I would have loved to stay with Sunderland.
"I love the Premier League but do not forget I belong to one of the biggest clubs in the world.
"QPR? Why not, it will be a start. I have done it with another good English manager at Portsmouth. We even won the FA Cup, so you never know."
