Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil insists he has no plans to leave the club this summer after being linked with a move to Manchester United
The Germany international was linked with a move to the Premier League champions twelve months ago prior to his move to the Bernabeu from Werder Bremen.
Reports in Spain over the weekend suggested the Red Devils were preparing to make a bid to sign the 22-year-old, but according to his agent, the playmaker will not be leaving the Spanish capital.
"Ozil is very happy at Real Madrid," Reza Fazeli told Marca, with Ozil himself adding: "I do not move from Madrid."
Reports in Spain have suggested Ozil was being lined up by United as a possible replacement for Paul Scholes, who retired last month.
Sir Alex Ferguson's side are believed to be keen on signing Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder to replace the former England international, while Arsenal winger Samir Nasri has also been linked with a move to Old Trafford.
